Click on “BOOK NOW” and complete the form details about your upcoming event. A member of the Flicked Up Dallas team will contact you to discuss our availability for your event date & send a brochure for you to select from. A $200 non-refundable retainer fee is required to reserve your event date.
Once your payment is received and the service agreement is signed by all parties is when the fun begins. We will gather the details needed to design your photobooth for the event. A questionnaire will be sent to coordinate our custom start screen and overlay coordinates with the theme of your event. We will send over our custom designs for your approval before the big day that way we have plenty of time for revisions, if needed. Custom designs include: Tap to start screen, Photo Overlay, and Live Gallery.
A Tap to Start Screen is the face of the photobooth and the first screen your guests see when they walk up to take a picture in the booth. We custom design each start screen to your event screen.
A photo overlay is a template that is custom designed to your party theme to create a beautiful frame around your photos. No matter the event, we can customize an aesthetic to fit your needs. This can include the guest of honors name, dates, logo, etc.
Our Video Guest Book allows your guests to leave a special message to look back on forever. Videos can record up to 2 minutes each and upload directly to your Live event gallery & is also sent in a zip file for easy download of all captures.
Virtual Booth works from any device and there’s no need for guests to download any apps. It just works! your guests will be given a link or scan a QR code to start & Take a photo using your custom event overlay & filters.
GIF’s are an awesome way to spice up your Flicked Up Dallas Photobooth experience. Guests pose for 3-4 different photos while the photo both creates an animated picture aka a GIF. GIF’s can be shared on all social media platforms and via text, email or Airdrop.
Yes, our booth requires 110-120 volts of power from a 3 prong, basic electrical outlet. Just one power adapter to plug in and we are ready to capture it all! We require our booth be 20-25 ft within distance of a power outlet so we can safely tape down wires & equipment.
A strong WIFI connection is required for captures to send instantly to your guests. However, we are still able to collect data & send ALL photos/captures without any connection to the internet. The only catch is that the pictures will send later once the booth is connected back up to Wi-Fi just after event. Content will be sent within 24 hours of your big day.
We require at least a 10 x 10 ft area with a backdrop. If you are having an event that does not require one of our backdrops, we can work with you on space (8x8x8 ft. required*). The booth is very versatile. If you choose props for your event, a 6’ long or a 3’ tall cocktail props table with a black tablecloth will be provided.
Yes, it certainly is! We will be at your event one (1) hour early to prepare & set up to start the contracted booth time. Take down will start at the agreed upon end time. Additional time may be added with prior notice.
Our clients are not required to use our backdrops. You are more than welcome to provide your own backdrops as the focal point for your guests to stand in front of to take pictures in. This could be a beautiful wall, your own personal backdrop, or a balloon artist can create a balloon design that you prefer as the focal point. We leave that up to you and show up with the booth ready to focus the camera.
Our staff will wear masks if requested. All of our equipment is sanitized after each event-props included. We keep hand-sanitizer & wipes on our props table available for guests to use.
